RadNova Club Policies

1. Membership

1.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to all medical students, residents, faculty, and healthcare professionals with an interest in radiology and imaging sciences. Interested individuals must complete the official registration process through the RadNova portal. Membership is voluntary and free unless specified otherwise for specific events or privileges.

 

1.2 Participation

Active participation in club meetings, workshops, and events is encouraged. Members must maintain professional conduct in all club-related activities. Failure to comply with club policies may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Access to exclusive lectures, hands-on workshops, and mentorship programs. Networking opportunities with experts in the field of radiology. Involvement in research and collaborative academic projects.

 

2.Code of Conduct

2.1 Professionalism & Ethics

Members must uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect for fellow members and faculty. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Plagiarism and academic dishonesty in research and discussions are strictly prohibited.

 

2.2 Communication & Behavior

Members should communicate respectfully in all verbal, written, and online interactions. Social media engagement related to the club must align with professional and ethical standards. Confidential information shared within the club should not be disclosed without proper authorization.

 

3.Meetings & Events

3.1 General Meetings

Monthly meetings will be scheduled to discuss upcoming events, research initiatives, and academic discussions. Attendance is encouraged, and members must inform the executive committee in advance if they are unable to attend.

 

3.2 Special Events

Guest lectures, panel discussions, and interactive workshops will be organized regularly. Members will have priority access to event registrations. Feedback will be collected after events to ensure continuous improvement.

 

4.Research & Publications

4.1 Research Participation

Members are encouraged to engage in research projects related to radiology and imaging sciences. Collaborative research opportunities will be provided with faculty mentorship. All research under RadNova must comply with ethical and institutional guidelines.

 

4.2 Publication & Acknowledgment

Any research conducted under the RadNova banner must acknowledge the club appropriately. Members must seek prior approval from the executive committee before submitting research for publication under the club’s name.

 

5. Online Presence & Communications

5.1 Official Platforms

The primary communication channels for the club will be email, the official website, and designated social media pages. Announcements and updates will be shared through these platforms.

 

5.2 Digital Conduct

Members should uphold decorum in all online discussions. Sharing misleading or unauthorized information on behalf of the club is prohibited. Cyberbullying, offensive language, or disrespectful behavior will result in disciplinary action.

 

6. Leadership & Elections

6.1 Leadership Positions

The club will be governed by an executive committee consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and additional designated roles as needed. Each leadership position holds a tenure of one academic year unless re-elected.

 

6.2 Election Process

Elections will be conducted annually through a fair voting process. Only active members with significant contributions to the club may contest for leadership roles. The transition of leadership will be conducted smoothly to ensure continuity in club activities.

 

7. Funding & Sponsorships

7.1 Financial Support

The club will seek funding through institutional support, event sponsorships, and voluntary contributions. All financial transactions and funding sources will be transparent and documented.

 

7.2 Sponsorship Guidelines

Sponsorships must align with the educational and ethical goals of the club. Any sponsorship or funding agreement requires approval from the executive committee. Members may propose potential sponsors, which will be evaluated based on relevance and club policies.

 

8. Amendments & Policy Changes

Policies will be reviewed periodically to ensure they align with the club’s objectives and institutional guidelines.

 

8.2 Amendments Procedure

Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing to the executive committee. Changes will be discussed and voted upon by the leadership team before implementation. Members will be informed of any policy updates in a timely manner.
